Adding a Screen Shot, New Messages or Comments

Once you've submitted a ticket you can go back and

add a screen shot
attach a pdf
enter more messages or comments.

Follow the steps:

Click the See Support Tickets link and select Edit.

Click ButtonBrowse and navigate to your screen shot:

Select the image and click Open.

The path displays in the Select File field. Click ButtonUpload.

Once uploaded, the attachment displays:

Do one of the following:

Add another message in the Interactions box and click ButtonSubmit.
Select another screen.
