Logging Tickets
Logging your call is as simple as clicking on the Contact Support link which displays the Ticket screen.
Follow the steps:

Enter a heading for the issue.

Select a Priority from the list

Check that your email and contact phone number are correct. If not, enter the correct information.

Select a product from the list.

Tell us about the issue:
the menu/screen or option name
what you were attempting to do
what went wrong.
For example
An e-PAS client has submitted a PHDB extract which has been returned with rejections and they need to know how to fix the payer code.
