Setting Up Preferences

There is no need to set up preferences before you can start using the Customer Support Centre other than to change your password or the local time setting for your state.

To change your local time setting, follow the steps.

1	Under the Settings heading, click Set Preferences.
2	From the Time Zone list select your state.
