Global Health Limited‘s ReferralNet has been chosen by Monkey Software as its preferred platform for secure message delivery (SMD).
Monkey Software is an Australian owned and operated software company specialising in practice management software for the optical industry.
Today, more optometrists and optical dispensers in Australia and New Zealand use the Optomate Practice Management System than any other system with over 1,000 optometrists already on board. While the Optomate user community continues to grow, so does their desire to continually improve the system.
Monkey Software Director Chris Monks said,
“We believe that ReferralNet will be able to provide our user community with the opportunity to further streamline their workflow by communicating electronically with their referral base of healthcare professionals. Our overall aim is for Optomate to become a world standard in optical practice management systems.”
As GLH Strategic Business Development Manager Alby Creevey reiterated,
“Global Health is committed to supporting the national eHealth agenda. ReferralNet is well aligned with the Australian Government’s standards and specifications for eHealth secure messaging. We are excited by the opportunity that allows us to provide secure messaging delivery services to over 1,000 Australian optometrists.”
The next release of Optomate software will be bundled with ReferralNet and will ship to both existing and new clients.
