Global Health Pty Ltd delivers innovative and advanced applications for both providers and consumers of health services. We develop applications for use in all health facilities, medical practices and in the home.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Ting Wong
Product Manager - e-PAS

Ting has over twelve years experience in the technical, business and management aspects of information technology. His industry experience includes the healthcare, hospitality and engineering disciplines. Ting's career spans a broad range of information technology business related roles including business unit management, sales support, project management, business analysis, business process re-engineering, as well as application systems design, analyst/programmer, implementation and support. He has considerable experience in project management related roles in implementing hospital information systems for both public and private hospitals. He spent two years in Asia managing the team which implemented patient administration systems for two private hospitals in Malaysia, and a dental clinic in Singapore where the diverse knowledge of local government practices, unique billing requirements and culture is paramount. In his current role as e-PAS Product Manager, Ting is responsible for managing the development requirements of the company's enriched patient administration system as well as providing pre-sales support.

Gillian Steward
Customer Services Manager, Health Systems

Gillian has over twenty years experience in the administrative and technical aspects of electronic health management. Her career in this area began with St John of God Healthcare in Geelong where she spent 13 years involved in all facets of the administrative side of healthcare, including Admissions, Discharges, Billing, Debtor Follow-up, Medical Records, Payroll, Human Resources and system administration for the internal computer systems. She also has experience in project management related roles in implementing hospital information systems. Gillian commenced work with Bourke Johnston Systems (BJS) in 1993 in a customer support role and continued with Global Health Limited after it merged with Working Systems Solutions Ltd in 2001. In her current role Gillian manages the Global Health team which provides front line support for the BJS, Chiron, Locum3, MasterCare and HotHealth applications.

THE DIRECTORS

Mathew Cherian
Managing Director

Mathew has been in the information technology industry since 1981. In 1985 he established Working Systems Software Pty Ltd and focussed from the outset on developing intellectual property by way of mission critical business software. He has developed the company into one of the longest established software developers in Australia, with a suite of products that successfully compete internationally. Mathew has been largely responsible for implementing the expansion of the company into the international arena, with recurring export revenue over the last five years representing up to 10% of the company's annual revenue. Under his guidance, the company has a history of profitable growth through the effective navigation of continuous shifts in technology and economic conditions. Mathew continues to play an active role in the development of the business especially as it embraces the opportunities of the digital economy. In particular, Mathew is responsible for overall business development through identifying and securing strategic relationships and acquisitions aligned to the Company's overall strategy.

Steven Pynt
Non Executive Director

Steven Pynt is a consultant to the Perth legal firm, Healy Pynt, with his main area of practice being in commercial law including corporations law, revenue law and contracts. He is also Finance Director of Crestline Pty Ltd trading as Management Search Australasia, a recruitment company with offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Mr Pynt is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is Chairman of the Commercial Tribunal, a member of the Racing Penalties Appeals Tribunal and Chairman of one public company and non-executive director of another.

Peter Curigliano
Executive Director / Financial Controller

Mr Curigliano has over 15 years experience in accounting and tax. He has worked for a number of years in the profession in the areas of financial & business planning, compliance and taxation.

Since moving into industry, he has held a number of senior positions, ranging from industries & businesses as diverse as international foreign currency providers, car park management and providers of business information, credit risk rating and debt collection services.

Mr Curigliano is a CPA and a current member of the Tax Agents Board as a Registered Tax Agent.”

Global Health Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Working Systems Solutions Ltd, a publicly listed Australian information technology company, specialising in health, education and e-commerce solutions. Global Health was established in 1998 by a team of experienced clinicians and IT experts, as a joint venture company with KPMG Australia. Global Health's key personnel have years of experience in the healthcare and IT industries. They have a track record of leadership and innovation and have operated in Australian and overseas markets on leading-edge health IT projects. In July 2001, Working Systems Solutions Ltd and Global Health merged. This formed a synergistic partnership between Global Health's clinical systems and Working Systems' existing hospital administration system applications, which are installed in over 260 health facilities in Australia and South East Asia.
