ReferralNet Messaging is a secure web-based application for the exchange of clinical and patient information between healthcare practitioners.

Security is ensured by the use of digital certificates to encrypt and decrypt messages.
To use ReferralNet Messaging you need either a site certificate or an individual certificate issued by Medicare Australia.

The Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP), in collaboration with Global Health are now offering ReferralNet Messaging as a member service to the 19,000 RACGP members for the electronic transmission of highly confidential and sensitive patient information.
