Choose to host any of Global Health’s solutions on the cloud and gain access to a wide variety of benefits. Altitude Cloud hosting is also available to organisations who use non-Global Health solutions.

The hosting platform is provided by Australian Local Tier 1 Teleco Macquarie Telecom in Central Sydney with a secondary datacentre in Macquarie Park, Australia, both with world-class security and equipment.

Macquarie Telecom provides an integrated carrier grade, high speed network, end to end, around Australia. The platform is certified with ISO standard to ensure critical data is well managed.

Physical Access

The Data Centre is managed by a highly focused team of experts from Macquarie Telecom, and adheres to strict security practices. Only authorised Macquarie Telecom employees are permitted within the confines of the Data Centre itself.

Digital Access (Application / Platform)

Only authorised Global Health Support staff can access Global Health Cloud Hosting client’s applications.

Data Security

Our backup service provides a storage level snapshot, performed by AAPT (TPG). Snapshots are taken daily and are retained for 35-days. Restorations of a complete Virtual Machine are available at an additional cost.

Data Location

All of your data is hosted within Australia by an Australian owned Company; ensuring no client data leaves the country.
