The highlights include:
- 20% increase in Customer Revenue to $7.81 million
- 11% growth in Annual Recurring Revenue reaching $5.73 million
- 47% rise in Gross Margin, totaling $4.12 million.
In addition, we strategically redirected our operating expenses towards customer-facing roles and accelerated investments in product engineering, ensuring that our patient-centric SaaS-based platforms will be substantially completed by December 2024. These accomplishments reinforce our commitment to providing cutting-edge healthcare solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
