Mathew Cherian, Managing Director of Global Health, appeared for an interview last week with The Market Herald’s “Deal Room” to discuss the recent appointment of Michael Davies as CEO and the subsequent trading halt which took place on June 10.
Global Health appointed Michael Davies as CEO on May 31st to drive growth following the Company’s significant investment in its portfolio of SaaS products in recent years.
Mr Davies has a background in the public and private sectors, leading technology adoption, driving sales and implementing market strategies. He has spent the last 20 years working with the likes of Telstra, Optus and most recently with Macquarie Telecom as head of revenue.
Mr Cherian will transition to the new role of Executive Director, where he will lead the Company’s strategic focus and expansion into new markets.
