27 Nov Change of Company Secretary
The Directors of Global Health Limited (ASX: GLH) (the Company) wish to advise that Ms Eryl Baron has resigned as Joint Company Secretary and Mr Chris Fernandes has been appointed Joint Company Secretary, effective 25 November 2025.
Mr Fernandes is the person appointed under Listings Rule 12.6 to be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rules Matters.
Ms Anara Malabekova will continue in her role as Company Secretary.
