11 Aug Global Health acquires contract with Jarrah House
Digital solutions for women’s AOD (“Alcohol and Other Drugs”) services.
Global Health Limited (ASX:GLH) (“Global Health” or “the Group”) is pleased to announce a new contract with Jarrah House (https://www.jarrahhouse.com.au/), for the implementation of Global Health’s SaaS applications. The contract is valued at $186,748.10 including GST and a one-time implementation fee. The contract will run over an initial three-year term, with the option to extend for a further two years. The MasterCare+ Client Management System (CMS) will include the Company’s HotHealth Digital Front Door and ReferralNet Secure Messaging.
Streamlining AOD care with digital solutions
Global Health will implement a digital solution suite configured to meet the unique requirements of AOD healthcare delivery by Jarrah House. The project will deploy MasterCare+ Client Management System, configured to conform to the NADAbase (https://nada.org.au) reporting requirements, mandatory for all drug and alcohol non-government organisations receiving NSW Health funding.
HotHealth Digital Front Door will enhance operational workflows, providing customisable forms to connect clinicians and clients. Referrals and clinical documents will arrive directly in the MasterCare inbox, streamlining client triage workflows and timely care delivery. Whilst the secure transfer of clinical correspondence will be facilitated through ReferralNet, built into the MasterCare SaaS solution.
The digital solution will be deployed at Jarrah House’s residential rehabilitation centre, located in Southeast Sydney, New South Wales. The service will support all users across a multidisciplinary team of counsellors, nurses, social workers, childcare workers and administrative staff, supporting the recovery of women and women with children AOD clients.
