Global Health Limited (ASX:GLH) (“Global Health” or “the Group”) is pleased to announce a contract with Very Special Kids for the deployment of the Company’s SaaS portfolio of applications. Very Special Kids provides paediatric palliative care for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
MasterCare’s client management and clinical tracking modules will be augmented by the company’s ReferralNet Secure Messaging portal to safeguard clinical data shared across care teams and the HotHealth Digital Front Door platform to extend client accessibility.
The deployment of Global Health’s SaaS portfolio includes configuration to meet Very Special Kids’ paediatric care requirements. This agreement over 3 years includes two options for 3-year extensions.
Enhancing Very Special Kids digital healthcare operations
Global Health will implement its suite of SaaS solutions to optimise digital healthcare at Very Special Kids, strengthening service accessibility and productivity. The project will feature MasterCare+, providing an EMR within the Client Management System, with specialised administrative tracking supporting the specific needs of paediatrics and palliative care.
Global Health’s HotHealth Digital Front Door will enhance online engagement between clinicians and families of children in the hospice. The secure exchange of clinical documentation between multidisciplinary teams will be facilitated by ReferralNet.
Importantly, the system configuration will include support for the full range of Very Special Kids services, not only during a child’s life but also through bereavement care. This includes comprehensive support for the respite care and Family Support Programs.
Implementation of service for Very Special Kids
The service will be implemented at Very Special Kids in Malvern, Victoria with specialised features to support a range of paediatric-specific medication formularies and dosages, supporting clinicians in streamlining operations and enhancing service delivery.
