Global Health Limited has announced a new integration between HotHealth, its patient engagement platform, ReferralNet, its secure messaging platform and Best Practice Software, a practice management system used across Australia.
The collaboration delivers real-time interoperability between clinical systems, enabling a more connected and efficient care experience for both patients and practitioners.
One centralised platform for clinicians and consumers
Through this integration, HotHealth can now be accessed directly from the Best Practice system, allowing healthcare providers to manage patient interactions and clinical workflows in one place.
The integration ensures accurate appointment syncing, secure data exchange and streamlined digital processes, strengthening the connection between primary, allied and specialist care providers.
