Company Snapshot:
Global Health continues to deliver on its vision of a patient – centred, integrated healthcare ecosystem. With more than 950 healthcare service providers using its software solutions, the Company supports hospitals, mental health services, alcohol and other drug services, community health centres, corporate organisations, specialist surgeries, general practice clinics, and allied health practices.
Market Context:
- Chronic conditions represent 70% of Australia’s $240B healthcare spend.
- Chronic disease expenditure reached $82B in 2022–23, with demand expected to rise as Australia’s population ages.
- The Australian healthcare SaaS market is projected to grow at a 22.1% CAGR, reaching AUD$2.278B by 2030.
Financial Performance:
- Subscription revenue grew 7% to $6.325M, including a 16% increase in new SaaS revenue.
- 30 new clients signed during the year.
- EBITDA loss of ($760K) for FY25, an improvement of 37% compared to the previous year.
Technology and Product Development:
- Transition of three desktop applications into MasterCare+, our composable SaaS platform.
- Ongoing feature updates to consumer platforms HotHealth and Lifecard.
- Continued focus on interoperability across Global Health’s product portfolio, including ReferralNet.
Looking Ahead:
- R&D expenditure to reduce from $2.1M to $1.6M in FY26, with savings redirected to sales and marketing.
- August 2025 closed sales were more than double the same period last year.
- Strategic priorities include expanding partner channels, integrating AI into platforms, and targeting profitability and positive cashflow by June 2026.
