14 Feb Issue of Securities
Global Health Limited (The Company) has been made aware that an Appendix 3G was not issued to ASX in relation to an issue of 2,240,000 Performance Rights to employees, including Key Management Personnel, on 31st January 2024 due to an administrative oversight.
The Company is aware of its disclosure obligations under ASX Listing Rule 3.10 and has reviewed its reporting and notification practices. The Company believes that the arrangements in place are adequate to ensure compliance with its disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules.
