10 Feb Resignation of Non-Executive Director – Karen Corry
Global Health Limited (ASX:GLH) advises that Karen Corry has resigned as a Non-Executive Director as at 10th February 2025.
Mrs Corry said, “This decision was necessary given my increasing commitments to the public health sector.” “I have valued my three and a half years on the board, as well as chairing the Audit Committee and focusing on the strategic direction and transition of the MasterCare product suite.”
The Board wishes to thank Mrs Corry for her contribution to GLH over the past 3 and half years her contribution to the restructuring and transition to SaaS by the Company. We wish her well in her future endeavors in the public health sector in Victoria.
